Cancellations & Rescheduling

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or adjustments. Your cooperation allows us to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments.

Promotions & Combinations

Late Arrivals

To preserve the serene experience of all guests, arrivals delayed by 15 minutes or more may require us to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment to another time.
